For QSL Managers

Ask the owner of each callsign whose Callsign Certificate(s) and LoTW account you wish to manage to send an email message to lotw-help@arrl.org or a letter to "LoTW Support" at ARRL Headquarters conveying permission for you to do so.

You have the option of a separate LoTW Account for each of the callsigns you manage, or of a single LoTW account from which all of the callsigns you manage can be accessed. Express your preference to the LoTW staff via an email message LoTW-help@arrl.org .
