Special Documentation Requirements
Obtaining a Callsign Certificate for a callsign in a DXCC entity listed in the table below requires a Landing Permit and/or Proof of Entry.
A Landing Permit is generally issued by a government agency, and grants the person or group permission to enter certain areas for purposes including the operation of an Amateur Radio station.
Proof of Entry may be a statement by a boat captain or aircraft pilot, certifying that the persons involved were transported to the entity in question.
If you have already submitted your Landing Permit and/or Proof of Entry documentation to the ARRL's DXCC desk, send an email message to LoTW-help@arrl.org after submitting your Callsign Certificate request.
